Business Development Manager – Aesthetic Medical Devices

£45 - 50,000 Basic Salary | £100,000–£110,000 OTE | Car Allowance + Benefits

Territory: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle | Field-Based | B2B Sales | Medical Tech

Are you a high-performing B2B sales professional ready to break into the booming aesthetic medical device space? This is your chance to join a market leader in advanced non-invasive treatment technology – with industry-recognised products, a supportive team, and a massive opportunity for growth.

We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business across Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle, selling a premium suite of capital equipment to skin clinics, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons. You’ll be supported by a dedicated marketing team providing warm leads and will own the full sales cycle — from first visit to close.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across your territory
  • Manage a 4–6 week sales cycle with high-value solutions (£50k–£100k)
  • Sell to senior decision-makers in clinics and private practices
  • Work closely with marketing and clinical teams to convert leads into deals
  • Create and execute a structured sales plan with activity-based forecasting
  • Build lasting relationships and become a trusted partner in aesthetic innovation

What You’ll Bring:

  • A proven B2B sales track record, ideally with a focus on new business
  • Experience in managing a field-based territory and planning your own pipeline
  • A consultative, structured approach to complex sales
  • Strong commercial acumen and an ability to manage longer sales cycles
  • Drive, independence, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • A full UK driving licence

Experience in medical, beauty, or aesthetics sectors is welcomed but not essential — attitude and performance matter more.
