About GemOne

We’re GemOne, a start-up global tech company within TVH. We work in the field of telematics. Tele-what-ics??! Yes, we’re fully aware that telematics isn’t something most people know a lot about. But if you’re willing to learn and you have skills to share, then you might just find out that this company, role, and industry are a perfect fit for you.

We co-create cloud-based solutions and the necessary hardware components to gather data from industrial equipment, which our customers then use to streamline their industrial fleet management.

In a nutshell, we make technology that helps companies look after their industrial machinery and business better — we enable them to work safer and more efficiently, and save time and money.

We have offices all over the world: from Belgium to the USA; and from Asia to Australia. We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for people with a can-do mindset and a team player mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Do active sales and business development, prospect new customers and develop new relationships, promoting our IoT solutions to stimulate and grow sales.
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients.
  • Prepare and plan customer visits to i.e. mixed fleet rental companies and dealers.
  • Monitor the region to detect commercial opportunities and identify actions to monetize these opportunities.
  • Ensure sales ops execution, quality and keep up to date with industry trends.
  • Ensure proper quality of back-office work and maximising customer experience.
  • Initiate and maintain good contacts with existing and potential customers and TVH sales reps in order to build a network of relationships that contributes to reaching the sales objectives.
  • Work independently, strongly collaborating with GemOne sales colleagues and with TVH sales reps and report to the Head of EMEA.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
