Position: Business Development Manager Europe
Location: UK - Remote (travel required in Europe)
Client: Clinical Supply Chain Services/ Pharmaceutical
Type: Permanent
Main Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across the European pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO and academic sectors.
- Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities while building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including client engagement, proposals, pricing, contract negotiations and closing deals.
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted commercial partner throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with Operations, Project Management and Quality teams to deliver commercially viable and compliant solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and developments within the clinical supply industry.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting.

Main Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Business Development, Sales or Key Account Management within clinical trials, pharmaceutical services or life sciences.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial supply chains, GMP environments and clinical trial operations.
- Proven success in a B2B sales environment, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical sponsors, biotech companies and/or CROs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Commercially driven, proactive and strategic mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across Europe and the US as required.
