A leading Design & Build business is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager - Commercial to drive new business across the London market.
This is an opportunity for someone with 3+ years’ experience in Design & Build, Fit Out, Commercial Agency, Landlord, Tenant Representation or a related property environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will identify and develop new workplace opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers and generate high-quality meetings that convert into live projects.

They Will
- Identify businesses planning relocations, refurbishments and fit-outs.
- Engage senior stakeholders across property, workplace, operations and leadership.
- Use market intelligence and existing relationships to uncover opportunities early.
- Qualify projects across timing, budget, scope and decision-making.
- Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline.
- Work closely with the wider Business Development and Project Development teams.
The Person
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- 3+ years’ commercial property / fit-out experience.
- A strong understanding of the London occupier market.
- Proven Business Development or client-facing experience.
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach.
- The ability to spot an opportunity and turn a conversation into a project.
