- Field sales position promoting the supply & install of windows, doors, insulation and roofline products to the new-build & social housing sector
- All of your time will be spent selling to and influencing tier 1 & tier 2 contractors, large asset property landlords, end users, care homes, bespoke housebuilders / developers and housing associations
- End user clients would include; MOD & police force
- Turnover target circa £5m
- Covering from Birmingham down
The ideal applicant will be an Senior Business Development Manager – Construction Services with:
- Must have business development experience working for a sub-contractors for tier 1 / tier 2 contractors
- Open in terms of what contract services you’ve dealt with for example; interior fit-out, M&E, roofing, fenestration, roofing etc
- Must be a genuine relationship builder with the ability to generate new business
- Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
