My client is an innovative and growing Construction Technology business helping transform how major and complex construction projects are delivered. They are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new revenue and strategic account growth across major construction, infrastructure and mission-critical environments.
The Opportunity
The role focuses on new account acquisition and strategic account expansion, managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through to negotiation, contract close and post-sale alignment. You will carry annual and quarterly revenue targets and play a key role within the wider commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned to revenue targets.
- Identify and prioritise high-value target accounts and opportunities.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, influencers, champions and economic buyers.
- Generate, qualify and progress new business opportunities.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles through to commercial negotiation and close.
- Develop compelling business cases demonstrating value, ROI and risk reduction.
- Identify opportunities for strategic account expansion and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with technical, delivery, marketing and commercial teams to develop customer solutions.
- Support RFPs, tenders and formal procurement processes where required.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts and account plans.

About You
My client is looking for a commercially driven Business Development or Enterprise Sales professional with experience selling into construction, infrastructure, engineering, technology or other complex project environments.

- A proven track record of winning new business and delivering revenue targets.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
- The ability to engage confidently from operational teams through to senior executives.
- Strong commercial, communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine interest in technology and its application within the construction industry.
