Skin Deep Careers is partnering with a leading Australian professional skincare company and distributor to launch one of its most established cosmeceutical brands into the UK.

Australian made and internationally respected, the brand is recognised for innovative, results-driven formulations, functional actives and a strong commitment to skin health, education and professional expertise.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly connected Business Development Manager to introduce the brand to the UK aesthetics market, secure its first clinic partners and play an instrumental role in building its long-term presence.

This is not simply a product sales role. You will become a genuine business partner to clinics, helping them grow through sales support, product and treatment education, team training, content marketing and ongoing commercial guidance.

The opportunity

Your initial focus will be sourcing, approaching and onboarding new clinic partners as the brand launches into the UK.

You will introduce the range to aesthetic clinics, advanced skin clinics, dermatologists, plastic and cosmetic surgeons, cosmetic doctors and nurses, clinic owners and practice managers.

Once a clinic joins the brand, you will continue supporting its success by helping the team develop product knowledge, strengthen consultations, build client confidence and grow both treatment and retail sales.

What you’ll be doing

  • Launch and establish the brand within the UK professional skincare and aesthetics market
  • Identify, approach and secure new clinic partners
  • Use your established industry network to generate early market traction
  • Build relationships with clinic owners, medical professionals and key decision-makers
  • Present the brand, its formulations and its commercial opportunity to prospective partners
  • Deliver engaging product, ingredient, treatment and retail training
  • Educate clinic teams on not only what to recommend, but why
  • Help partners strengthen consultations and confidently integrate the range into their businesses
  • Support clinic growth through sales planning, team development and ongoing account guidance
  • Develop individual growth plans based on each clinic’s services, patients and commercial goals
  • Build and manage a strong new-business pipeline
  • Represent the brand at UK conferences, trade events, education sessions and networking opportunities
  • Gather market intelligence and help shape the brand’s UK launch strategy
  • Become a trusted ambassador for a highly respected Australian brand

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
