Business Development Executive

📍 Billericay, Essex | Full-Time | Office-Based

About Valletta Wealth

Valletta Wealth is an investment introduction firm specialising in private, off-market investment opportunities.

We work with international investors, introducing them to carefully selected opportunities that are typically unavailable through traditional banks and wealth managers.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for ambitious individuals to join our team and help expand our global client base.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales and financial services.

The Role

This is a predominantly outbound sales role.

You'll spend the majority of your day speaking with prospective investors through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other business development activities.

You'll receive full training on our products, systems and sales process, so previous experience within financial services isn't required.

This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking with people, isn't afraid of picking up the phone and wants to build a career with significant earning potential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
