Full-time | London | Hybrid, with travel to our London office

Turn “we love what you do” into “when can we start?”

We’re Girl in Blue Studios, a London-based creative agency working across brand identity, campaign strategy and creative projects for brands around the world. You might know us from our “If I were to create…” series. Behind it is a studio that makes brands impossible to ignore.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for someone who gets as excited about winning the right work as we do about creating it.

The role

This is a newly created role with warm inbound leads, space to build new opportunities and a real say in how we grow.

You’ll work alongside our existing sales team, owning your opportunities from first conversation to close. We want someone who can lead independently, ask good questions and spot the difference between an exciting opportunity and an expensive distraction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
