📍 Fully remote (anywhere in Europe) or hybrid at our Shoreditch studio. LinkedIn makes us pick one country; don't let that put you off applying from elsewhere in Europe.
You find highly followed artists & creators, show them a change in the art & social commerce market most of them don't know is happening, and close. You earn uncapped commission on everything they sell through us in their first year.
About us
creativehub & theprintspace have spent 18 years transforming how art is sold, with a blend of art, data and technology. Today we have evolved into a social commerce agency that helps clients from marketing to order fulfilment, with facilities in Shoreditch, DĂĽsseldorf, Dallas and DUMBO, Brooklyn. Learn more about our artist and creator marketing approach: https://creativehub.io/
The market is going through a once-in-a-generation disruption: social commerce. An artist or creator with an engaged following can now sell prints, apparel and one-of-a-kind pieces directly to that audience, and most of them do not yet know it. Your job is to find them, show them, and sign them.
The role
This is a pure new-business role. You do not manage a book. You work the top of the funnel: identify the right artists & creators, open the conversation, run the pitch, agree the terms and get them to a first drop. At the first drop you hand the client to one of our Artist & Creator Managers, who takes the relationship from there, and you move on to the next one. Our India-based outreach team feeds you leads and research every day; a dedicated account-handling team builds every launch. Your time goes on finding, pitching and closing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you will do
- Identify the right artists & creators, using our in-house system for tracking social engagement and your own eye for what will sell
- Open conversations cold, through introductions and at fairs, shows and events, and build the relationship that gets a yes
- Pitch the model: prints, apparel and merchandise made and fulfilled by us, auctions of originals and collectibles, drops, collaborations and pop-ups
- Agree the terms and sign the client, including one-year fulfilment contracts where the fit is right
- Run the first drop jointly with the manager who will keep the client, then hand over cleanly
- Keep every lead, conversation and next step in the CRM from first contact
- Own a monthly target for new clients activated, and the uncapped commission that comes with beating it
What we are looking for
Essential:
- Direct experience in the creative industry in a business development role
- A track record of closing: you have found prospects, built relationships and signed them, and you can show the numbers
- Comfort with a high volume of outreach and a long list of live conversations
- A welcoming, confident, outgoing personality: artists and creators have to want to work with you
- Enough understanding of social media and e-commerce to explain how an audience becomes revenue
- A strong passion for art or social commerce

- An understanding of how artists and creators make a living
- An existing network among artists, creators, galleries or creator agencies

- Comprehensive ongoing training from our industry-leading social commerce team
- Career growth in a company widely recognised as the leading innovator in its field
- Fully remote, or hybrid at our Shoreditch studio
- Flexible working hours. A significant proportion of our clients are US based.
