Role Description
This full-time Business Development Manager role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for lightning protection services and related solutions. The person in this role will:
- Research target markets
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and networking activities

They will:

- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with internal teams to respond to inquiries and tenders
- Negotiate agreements in line with company guidelines
The role also involves:
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Monitoring market trends and competitors
- Providing regular reports and forecasts to management
Collaboration with operations and technical teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, sales, and account management, with the ability to build and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
- Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation to support long-term partnerships.
- Capability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities within relevant sectors.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, online communication tools, and standard office software to manage remote workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing proposals, presentations, and professional correspondence.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Previous experience in Lightning Protection, Maintenance, construction, electrical services, safety systems, or a related technical field is beneficial.
