Are you a driven business development professional with at least 12 months' lead generation or new business sales experience? Looking for a role where you can develop your career, earn uncapped commission and work alongside experienced Directors? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing commercial interiors business delivering office fit-out projects for landlords, property management companies, and commercial clients.
The Role

- Prospecting and engaging new clients through outbound calls.
- Booking qualified meetings for the Directors.
- Building relationships with property management companies, landlords, and architects.
- Re-engaging existing customers to identify new projects.
- Supporting CRM management, marketing campaigns, and attending industry events.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 12 months' experience in lead generation, SDR, business development, or B2B sales.
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Motivated by targets, career progression, and uncapped earning potential.
- Well organized with strong relationship-building skills.

The Package
- £35,000-£45,000 basic salary depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission with realistic double OTE.
- Travel expenses (including commuting) fully reimbursed.
- Private healthcare after 12 months.
- Pension.
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
Please note: This is a fully office-based position in London (5 days per week), offering hands-on support, training, and excellent long-term career progression.
