About Qantara Finance
Qantara Finance offers ethical, Shariah-compliant car finance in the UK — no interest, no hidden fees, no confusing terms. We're a fintech startup on a mission to make that kind of ethical, transparent finance available to everyone, not a niche product for a niche audience. We work with an FCA-regulated lending partner to get customers from application to driving away, and a strong, well-managed dealer network is a core part of how we plan to grow.
The Role
You'll own the supply side of our dealer relationships from scratch. There's no existing territory, no inherited pipeline, and no fixed playbook — you'll work out which dealers to approach, how to structure the relationship, and how to turn early interest into a genuine flow of leads.
What You'll Own
- Identify, approach and sign up dealers to our network
- Design and pitch the value proposition that makes dealers want to work with us
- Build and manage relationships with dealer principals and sales teams once they're onboard
- Work out incentive structures that reward high-volume dealers and support long-term growth
- Track dealer performance and lead volume, and know which relationships are working and which aren't
- Feed dealer and market feedback back into how we position and price the panel
- Eventually build out territory coverage as the network grows
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What We're Looking For
- We care more about your ability to build relationships from nothing than years in the industry specifically.
- A track record of building genuine business relationships — motor trade, finance, B2B sales, or elsewhere
- Comfortable making calls and pitching without a script handed to you
- Resilient — dealer relationships take real persistence to build
- Commercially minded — you understand margins, incentives and what actually motivates a dealer
- Organised enough to manage a growing number of relationships without letting any go cold
- Values-aligned with an ethical, transparent finance model
Nice to Have (none required)
- Experience in motor finance, dealer-facing sales, or automotive B2B
- Existing relationships across UK dealer networks
- Experience building a sales function from an early stage
AI
We expect you to use AI seriously in this role — for researching dealer prospects, drafting outreach, tracking pipeline, and analysing which approaches actually convert. We're not looking for someone who uses it occasionally; we want it built into how you work from day one.

What This Role Is Not
This isn't a role where a fully-formed dealer panel and pitch deck are waiting for you. There's no large team behind you yet. You'll be expected to figure out what works, adjust when it doesn't, and build the next stage yourself.
Practical Details
- Full-time
- Field-based / hybrid
- Basic salary: £28,000–£35,000, plus performance-related commission tied to dealer-driven lead volume
- Real scope to shape territory and structure as the network grows
Hiring Process
- Intro call
- Working session — pitch us how you'd approach signing your first five dealers
- Offer
If you haven't worked specifically in motor finance before, apply anyway — we're hiring for your ability to build something from nothing, not a specific CV line.
