Your Mission

The Business Development Manager - Dell supports the growth of boxxe's Dell business by identifying new sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, and helping to drive revenue across the Dell portfolio. Working closely with Account Managers, Dell representatives, and internal teams, the role is focused on uncovering customer needs, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the successful delivery of Dell-led solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Grow revenue, pipeline, and bookings for the Dell portfolio across assigned accounts or verticals.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities through customer engagement, install-base analysis, and technology refresh initiatives.
  • Lead deal strategy, value articulation, and competitive positioning against other OEMs.
  • Work with boxxe Account Managers to support account planning, opportunity progression, and opportunity execution.
  • Partner with Dell Partner Account Managers, Sales Specialists and resource on joint customer engagements.
  • Maintain strong internal relationships with Pre-Sales, Services, Bid, and Marketing teams.
  • Shape opportunities from early-stage discovery through to close, ensuring strong qualification and compelling customer outcomes.
  • Support pricing strategy, deal registrations, and incentive optimisation in line with Dell partner programmes.
  • Contribute to proposals, tenders, and framework responses where Dell is a core solution.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines.
  • Exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure CRM records are up-to-date.

What experience we think you’ll need

  • Proven experience in technology sales, ideally within an IT reseller, service provider or vendor ecosystem.
  • Experience of, or a strong understanding of Dell Technologies portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and/or client technologies (servers, storage, data protection, endpoint or hybrid cloud).
  • Possess a pro-active, can do, make it happen mindset.
  • Articulate communicator, with established negotiation skills.
  • Be able to make rational commercially sound business judgements from available information.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, drive and determination to succeed in our fast-paced environment, with a track record of operating autonomously and succeeding in the face of change.
  • To be excited and passionate about boxxe’s mission and purpose, demonstrating a clear alignment to our values.
