Business Development Manager – Diagnostics / Primary Care (MAINLY SOUTH UK)
Location: UK – Field Based (MAINLY SOUTH UK)
Salary: £50,000 Basic + % off all sales + Car Allowance
Axira Partners is supporting a growing healthcare diagnostics business with the appointment of a Business Development Manager as they continue to expand their presence within the UK market.
The Role
This is a strategic, new business-focused position responsible for driving growth across a defined territory, with a particular focus on Primary Care and the private GP market. You will have the opportunity to build your territory, develop new customer relationships and play an important role in the continued growth of the UK business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business across Primary Care
- Build relationships with private GP practices and healthcare providers
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to conversion
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Develop long-term strategic customer relationships
- Drive revenue growth and adoption of diagnostic services
- Identify new markets and commercial opportunities
Candidate Profile
- Proven healthcare, diagnostics or MedTech sales experience
- Strong Primary Care experience highly desirable
- Experience selling into GP practices would be advantageous
- Demonstrable new business development experience
- Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to develop and grow a territory
- Entrepreneurial, driven and comfortable working autonomously
