About Bounty
Bounty is a trusted and long-established brand supporting parents through every stage of their journey — from pregnancy to early parenthood. Our media channels, digital platforms, and partnerships reach millions of families across the UK, offering valuable opportunities for brands to connect meaningfully with this unique audience.
We’re looking for a results-driven, confident and proven new business superstar to drive our next phase of commercial growth. This role is a 100%, outbound new business generation position, suitable for candidates that are excited by working the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to close.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and entrepreneurial sales professional to generate new business across all Bounty’s media channels — including digital, sponsorship, and content partnerships. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base and building long-term relationships with new advertisers and brand partners. Our advertising offering is qualitative rather than PPC/ programmatic focussed so candidates only experienced in the latter need not apply.
The focus will be solely on business development, through establishing relationships with new clients direct, as well as developing contacts and opportunities through media agencies, so experience and contacts amongst the key agencies will be an advantage. Confidence in your ability to cold canvass independently and creatively on a wide scale is an absolute must. There will be an element of account management as your client base grows, with the need to manage your clients' media campaigns to ensure they are delivered successfully and opportunities for growth for all parties are maximised.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
