Why Join This Opportunity?

  • Join one of the fastest-growing areas of a highly respected technology solutions provider.
  • Inherit access to an established customer base with significant untapped opportunities.
  • Sell a complete end-user compute proposition including hardware, Device Lifecycle Management and managed services.
  • Benefit from a highly achievable revenue opportunity, with strong commission potential and monthly payouts.
  • Build a genuine career path into leadership, with the opportunity to help shape and lead a growing Digital Workspace practice.

The Role

We are recruiting a Digital Workspace Specialist to drive growth across end-user computing, Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) and Device Lifecycle Management solutions.

Working alongside an established account management team, you will identify opportunities, design commercially viable solutions and help customers modernise the way they procure, deploy, support and manage workplace devices. This is a specialist sales role focused on creating new opportunities within an existing client base while also supporting selected new business activity.

The position is ideally suited to someone with strong PC hardware and workplace technology experience who enjoys solution selling, working collaboratively and following a structured sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow Digital Workspace opportunities across an existing customer portfolio.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to identify, qualify and progress end-user computing projects.
  • Position PC hardware, workstations, laptops, tablets and mobile device solutions.
  • Sell Device Lifecycle Management services including:
    • Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML)
    • Device deployment and imaging
    • White-glove installation services
    • Break-fix and device replacement services
    • Asset recovery, grading and disposal
  • Lead customer discovery sessions and help define workplace device strategies.
  • Build commercially sound solutions that align with customer requirements and operational delivery capabilities.
  • Produce proposals, statements of work, presentations and commercial models.
  • Collaborate with vendors, internal delivery teams and service specialists to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Support smooth handovers into delivery and ongoing managed services teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
