SAI Aerospace Training Ltd, based at Glasgow Prestwick Airport, is seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Business Development Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will lead the identification, development and conversion of new business opportunities across the aerospace, aviation, and technical training sectors, supporting the continued growth and strategic positioning of the company.

At SAI Aerospace Training Ltd, we are committed to excellence, innovation and strong industry partnerships. As Business Development Manager, you will work closely with senior leaders, operational teams, employers, regulators and external stakeholders to strengthen our market presence, build sustainable client relationships and promote our approved training capability.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of opportunities, preparing high-quality proposals, supporting tender submissions, managing key accounts and identifying new routes to market. You will play a key role in aligning business development activity with organisational strategy, ensuring that SAI Aerospace Training Ltd continues to respond to industry demand, regulatory requirements and emerging workforce skills needs.
