Business Development Manager | South East Region | Drain Doctor (Neighbourly UK)

Drain Doctor, part of the globally recognised Neighbourly family of brands, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the continued growth and success of our franchise network mainly across the South East of England.
This is much more than a traditional BDM role.
You'll become a trusted coach, strategic advisor, and commercial partner to franchise business owners, helping them unlock growth opportunities, improve profitability, strengthen operational performance, and build sustainable businesses.
The Impact You'll Make
As a Business Development Manager, you'll sit at the heart of our franchise network.
You'll
- Partner with franchise business owners to drive growth and profitability
- Analyse business performance and identify commercial opportunities
- Coach and mentor franchisees to maximise results
- Support new franchise launches and business development initiatives
- Lead performance improvement plans for underperforming businesses
- Drive adoption of best practice, systems, and operational excellence
- Influence strategic projects and business transformation initiatives
