Position Type: Full-Time
Remuneration: Up to £45,000 per annum + Performance-based Incentive Scheme
About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our client’s expanding real estate operations in Central London. In this high-impact position, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying qualified business opportunities, and building strategic relationships across investor, agent, and channel-partner networks.
The ideal candidate will combine deep real estate industry acumen with proven negotiation and deal-closing capabilities to scale market presence in Central London and internationally.

- Network & Partnership Development: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with real estate brokers, buying agents, property investors, and channel partners.

- Market Expansion: Identify potential market segments and high-value investors interested in Central London residential or commercial assets.
- Strategic Pitching: Plan and deliver high-impact sales presentations and tailored pitch proposals to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate partners.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
