adi Facilities Engineering – Business Development Manager
Location – Flexible (Midlands preferred) – UK-wide travel required
About The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will help drive the growth of our Facilities Engineering division by developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients across the UK.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with proven experience selling Hard FM services and delivering growth within a facilities engineering environment.
Specifically, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across commercial and industrial sectors.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong client and key account relationships.
- Working closely with operational teams to support multi-disciplinary engineering solutions.
- Supporting the development of long-term maintenance and facilities contracts.
- Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Ensuring excellent client service and ongoing account development.

About You
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Proven business development experience within Facilities Engineering.
- Experience selling Hard FM services to commercial or industrial clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to winning new business.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior leadership.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
