Quality Medical Group is one of the UK's leading medico-legal providers, working with over 100 law firms in the UK to provide pagination of medical records, case screening & expert witness reports. We're a privately owned business with a team of 45 people and a huge focus on creating an environment that values high-quality, relationship-driven service and puts a big emphasis on the well-being and satisfaction of our team, and those we work with.

Our work comes primarily from Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury law firms, so the role would focus on building relationships and winning business from these sources.
This role reports directly to the CEO and would have broad scope for prospecting and winning new business, with the budget and backing to implement innovative methods to do so.
About you
You're someone who:
- Already understands the world of medico-legal and loves being a part of it
- Is competitive, relentless and driven by a desire to be the best, as well as having a healthy dislike of losing!
- Is passionate about providing great customer service. If you love 'Unreasonable Hospitality', you're on the right track
- Has demonstrable experience of building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects across email, phone and F2F
- Is detail-focused and understands the importance of organisation and process when building a sales pipeline
- Loves meeting people and knows how to build rapport
- Does not sell hard. We are focused on long-term relationships, not short-term wins

We are based in Ludlow and ideally would like someone who can come to the office a couple of days a week, but this is not essential - for the right person, we can have some flexibility.
