You will be responsible for pure new client acquisition – candidates must be able to evidence an understanding and application of B2B sales techniques and methodologies during the interview process.
You must be able to proficiently express an ability to generate, qualify/disqualify, and navigate leads through a structured sales process. From both cold and warm verbal introductions, onto staged meetings, through to close. Performance will be rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Mapping your market & developing your patch
- Generating own leads from scratch
- Cold & warm introductions
- Qualifying/disqualifying leads proficiently
- Attending regular client meetings
- Following a structured B2B sales process underpinned by specific techniques & methodologies (Sandler)
- Mapping & navigating stakeholders through investment & decision criteria
- Presenting solutions, closing & post-sale
- Building and maintaining strong ongoing relationships with all stakeholders
- Maintaining regular account contact by phone & face to face
- Reporting into the Commercial Manager & Managing Director

Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrate high proficiency in the full sales cycle & maintain a consistently high rate of activity
- Highly skilled at cold & warm calling & qualifying/disqualifying leads
- Professional & confident communicator
- Self-disciplined, shrewd & tenacious
- Active listener, able to ask the right questions with a meticulous attention to detail
- Open to change, challenge, education/learning with ongoing training
- B2B sales experience
- Experience in selling printed packaging, related print media, or within graphic industries - highly desirable
- Field sales experience - desirable
- Full driving licence - desirable
- Strong broad IT skills
- Willingness to assist in all areas as necessary
