🚀 Business Development Manager (Outbound)

💷 £27,500-£32,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £55,000-£60,000+)

💼 Permanent | Immediate start

I'm working with a growing Amazon agency that's looking for a Business Development Manager to help generate new business and build a strong sales pipeline.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with around 12 months' experience in B2B sales or business development who enjoys opening doors, starting conversations, and creating opportunities.

🔎 The role will involve:

  • ✅ Prospecting across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone
  • ✅ Identifying and engaging ecommerce and Amazon brands
  • ✅ Booking qualified meetings for the senior team
  • ✅ Managing your pipeline through HubSpot
  • ✅ Attending trade shows and following up new opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

💡 You'll be a great fit if you:

  • ✔ Enjoy outbound sales and aren't afraid of picking up the phone
  • ✔ Can work independently and take ownership of your results
  • ✔ Like being part of a small team where everyone has a voice
  • ✔ Want to make a real impact as the business continues to grow
  • ✔ Are motivated by earning potential and career progression

⚠️ This role won't suit someone looking for lots of structure, multiple management layers, or constant supervision. If you enjoy taking the initiative and getting things done, you'll fit right in.
