Business Development Manager - Embedded Antennas
Excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager - Embedded Antennas to join a leading provider of advanced wireless connectivity solutions, responsible for driving sales growth across the UK and European markets. Working with embedded antenna technologies and wireless communication products, you will engage with OEMs, channel partners and engineering teams to expand existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities across a defined UK and European territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and key accounts.
- Manage, support and grow channel partner sales activities.
- Qualify and manage customer technical and commercial requirements.
- Work closely with engineering and global sales teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Recommend suitable wireless and antenna products based on application requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms and commercial agreements to secure business.
- Attend industry exhibitions, customer meetings and partner events.
- Monitor market trends and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Provide market feedback to support future product development activities.

Key skills required
- Experience selling electronic components, wireless technologies, RF products or related technical solutions.
- Proven track record of winning and developing business with OEM customers.
- Knowledge of antenna technology, RF, GNSS, wireless connectivity or IoT applications.
- Experience managing distributors and channel partners.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with experience managing a sales territory and delivering revenue growth.
- Comfortable working within an international and cross-functional environment.
