Business Development Manager - Energy and Power Assets

Role:

Business Development Manager - Energy and Power Assets

Salary range:

£75,000 to £85,000 per annum depending on experience

Location:

Burton is preferred but would consider any UK office

Working Pattern:

We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home.

Closing date:

1st November, but we would encourage early applications

The role will support business development across the Energy and Power Assets sector within the Energy Resources Market Group. Current activities span power generation, aerospace propulsion and industrial markets across OEMs and asset owners. The role will support strategic account development, campaign execution, growth client development and future market assessment activities.

The role sits within the Energy Resources Market Group Sales and Business Development team and operates across our Capability and Delivery functions to connect market opportunities with Frazer-Nash capability.

You Will Be Expected To

  • Lead the ongoing development of the Energy and Power Assets sector strategy by:
    • Developing and growing strategic client relationships.
    • Develop growth of clients and new adjacent market opportunities.
    • Being accountable for delivering and reporting on Sales and Business Development activities (orders and revenue) across the sector.
    • Support campaign development and execution.
    • Work with Capability and Delivery teams to align market opportunity with technical expertise.

Essential Experience

We are seeking an individual capable of combining strategic account development, campaign execution and market development within a highly technical engineering environment.

  • Strategic account management and development.
  • Campaign development and execution.
  • Market development and growth planning.
  • Working across technical and commercial teams.
  • Knowledge of any of the following sectors:
    • Rotating machinery
    • Power generation
    • Industrial assets
    • Aerospace

Due to the nature of the work that Frazer Nash Consultancy undertakes, candidates will be required to undergo pre employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
