About the Role

  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of strategic customer accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while identifying opportunities for repeat business and long-term growth.
  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying, engaging and qualifying prospective customers across a range of target markets.
  • Oversee the delivery of customer projects, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teams across product development, operations, finance and commercial functions to support project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis and customer research to identify trends, opportunities and emerging industry requirements.
  • Develop and implement data-driven business development strategies to support continued growth and market expansion.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership on business performance, pipeline activity and market developments.
  • Build relationships with R&D, manufacturing and innovation teams within target organisations to support market penetration and account growth.
  • Travel within the UK and internationally as required to support customers, partners and business development activities.
