Fresenius Kabi

Fresenius Kabi is a global health care company that specialises in lifesaving medicines and medical technologies for infusion, transfusion, clinical nutrition and biosimilars. Our expansive portfolio of products provides essential support for the care of critical and chronically ill patients. As a global health care group with more than 100 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and life sciences, we have more than 30,000 employees worldwide, with just over 1000 in the UK & Ireland.

Clinical Nutrition is a key part of our business in the UK. We are one of the few companies worldwide to offer both enteral and parenteral nutrition as well as nutrition pumps, infusion disposables and a nursing homecare service.

About the Role

Our Enteral Nutrition Sales team is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join us, ideally based in North West London, Hertfordshire or West Essex.

You will represent a broad portfolio of enteral nutrition products designed to support patients across oncology, intensive care, gastroenterology, surgery, neurology, paediatrics and elderly care.

In this commercially focused role, you will identify, pursue and secure Home Enteral Feeding (HEF) contracts while driving sustainable sales growth and profitability for our enteral nutrition portfolio across community care settings.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing contracted accounts across the territory, acting as their dedicated Account Manager.
  • Identify and prioritise Home Enteral Feeding (HEF) accounts, developing robust account plans that convert opportunities into new contracts.
  • Identify opportunities for Fresenius Kabi products and drive community sales growth across the defined territory.
  • Partner with the Customer Contact Team to provide effective in-field support, including customer meetings, training and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate, timely records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Team to build account-specific insight, interpret tender requirements and complete high-quality documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the NHS and the enteral nutrition market, while building relationships with key opinion leaders across the territory’s health economy.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company, clinical nutrition, the Fresenius Kabi portfolio and third-party products used within contracts.
  • Follow the established sales process and demonstrate the standards set out in the relevant competency framework.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
