Would you like to join one of the fastest-growing, multi-national Internet of Things (IoT) companies in the world?
Good, because we're building something big.
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to take ownership of Enterprise Networking opportunities across the UK & Ireland and drive new business growth for Teltonika's Networks portfolio.
About Us
Teltonika is a global leader in Internet of Things (IoT), with over 25 years of innovation, operations in more than 27 countries, and over 2,500 employees worldwide.
Teltonika's Networks business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise networking equipment, including routers, gateways, switches, modems and remote management solutions. Our products enable secure, reliable connectivity across industries including manufacturing, transportation, utilities, retail, smart cities, enterprise networking and critical infrastructure.
Following the launch of our UK operation in 2024, we're continuing to invest heavily across our IoT portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential market, build a strong pipeline from the ground up and play a key role in growing Teltonika's presence across the UK & Ireland.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Sales, you'll have the opportunity to develop new enterprise customers, build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and create new commercial opportunities across the UK & Ireland.
Location: Salford, Greater Manchester, UK Head Office, Suite 2.1, Building 8, Exchange Quay, M5 3EJ.

- Identify and pursue new opportunities through proactive outreach, including outbound calls, emails, social media engagement, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio, key features, and competitive advantages to strengthen commercial positioning.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients using a consultative sales approach that highlights Teltonika’s value proposition.
- Regularly represent Teltonika Networks at meetings, exhibitions and networking events across the UK and Ireland to promote our products and brand.
- Prepare tailored commercial offers and oversee contracts to meet and exceed sales development goals.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting through our internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical support and R&D to ensure client needs are met with the best possible solutions and service.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
