THE ROLE:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across London, Essex and Kent. Working with commercial, construction and industrial customers, you will build relationships, generate leads and develop a strong pipeline of new business. This is a field-based role suited to a proactive and commercially minded sales professional who enjoys prospecting and creating opportunities.

LOCATION:
📍 Field-based: London, Essex & Kent
🏠 East London & Essex-based candidates particularly encouraged
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous B2B sales or business development experience within telesales or field sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven approach
- Ability to generate and convert new business opportunities
- Full driving license
THE PACKAGE:
💰 £35k-£40k basic + uncapped £25k-£35k OTE
🚗 £5,400 car allowance + mobile
🌴 20 days holiday + bank holidays
