Business Development Manager – Europe

Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager – Europe and play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across the European pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. In this strategic role, you will spearhead new business initiatives, cultivate key relationships, and drive revenue growth within clinical trial supply chains. If you’re passionate about the life sciences industry and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within clinical trials, pharma services, or life sciences.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical supply chains, GMP environments, and pharmaceutical services.
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B setting.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Flexibility to travel across Europe and the US as needed.
