Business Development Manager MFP, Print Hardware Sales Warrington
Are you a successful Business Development Manager looking to develop your career further within the IT/ print hardware sector?
We’re seeking individuals with solid experience and a proven ability to win and develop new business, specifically in the MFP/ print industry, or as a minimum, in IT hardware or peripherals sales.
Within our industry, customers and sales continue to be generated through a high volume of calls and meetings, so despite being an experienced BDM, we do expect you to have a hunger for picking up the phone and hunting down new business regardless of your level of experience.
You will have the opportunity to get out and about, meeting existing customers as well as meeting potential new clients, leading discovery meetings with support from the wider team where necessary. With this in mind, although your role will be based from our Monument offices, there is some flexibility for hybrid working as you will be expected to be out at customer sites on a regular basis.
We have a solid database of leads, so you will have the opportunity to build a targeted approach, and with a structured training and development plan, we will ensure you have the knowledge, tools, information and support required to succeed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
