Business Development Manager
Luxury Interiors | Show Homes | Home Staging | Furniture Solutions
West London HQ
Up to £60,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100,000+ in Year 1)
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's most respected and award-winning luxury interiors businesses.
Working with leading residential developers, institutional investors, estate agencies, property consultants and private clients, my client delivers exceptional show homes, luxury home staging, bespoke furniture packages and interior design solutions that maximise the value and marketability of residential property.
Following continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate the next phase of their expansion. They're looking for someone who can hit the ground running from day one, bringing an established network within the residential property or luxury interiors sector and the commercial ability to generate new business almost immediately.
If you're already well connected across developers, estate agencies, Build-to-Rent operators, investors, buying agents or property consultancies, this is an opportunity to leverage those relationships within a highly respected, multi-award-winning business.
This isn't a heavily KPI-driven sales environment. Success is measured by the quality of relationships you build and, ultimately, the revenue you generate.
The Role
This is a highly autonomous role focused on developing new business across a range of premium interior services, including:
- Luxury Show Homes
- Home Staging
- Bespoke Furniture Packages
- Interior Design Solutions
You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, opening doors and developing long-term commercial relationships with some of the UK's leading residential developers, estate agencies, institutional investors and property professionals.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the market.
You'll regularly attend Prime Central London open houses, networking breakfasts, industry exhibitions, launch events and property functions, building relationships with key decision-makers and identifying new opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
