About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across our EDS and Kount 360 Product Suite. In this critical individual contributor role, you will develop and maintain relationships with direct clients, including merchants, payment processors, and other industry partners throughout the UK and EU. By creating and implementing strategic initiatives, you will effectively build a robust new business pipeline, drive revenue growth, and help us power the world with knowledge.

What you’ll do

  • Champion our innovative fraud and identity solutions at industry trade shows and executive networking events, acting as the dynamic face of the brand.
  • Architect and execute high-yield pipeline strategies, ensuring meticulous CRM management and forecasting accuracy.
  • Act as the definitive subject matter expert on regional fraud trends, API-driven payment strategies, and product positioning to strongly differentiate our solutions in the market.
  • Partner seamlessly with cross-functional technical, legal, and product teams to structure complex commercial agreements and ensure compliance with regional data standards.
  • Drive operational excellence by developing and sharing market-leading best practices that elevate the broader commercial organization.

What experience you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Robust experience in the identity, fraud, and payment product ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the chargeback lifecycle and fraud prevention best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex market environments.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated social ease to build strong relationships across diverse personality types.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems and complex technological integrations.
  • Ability to effectively multitask concurrent pipeline projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience creating efficiencies, process improvements, or automations by using or building AI tools such as Google Gemini, Workspace Studio, or NotebookLM.
