Business Development Manager – Restructuring

Location: London
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

A leading international law firm is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support its highly regarded Restructuring practice and cross-practice Capital Solutions group. The team advises banks, funds, corporates and insolvency practitioners on complex, often cross-border restructuring, distressed M&A and insolvency matters.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior BD Executive looking to step up, or an existing Manager seeking a role with genuine strategic exposure and close partner interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting strategic client development and key account initiatives
  • Managing pitch opportunities, credentials and business development materials
  • Developing market intelligence and identifying emerging opportunities
  • Working closely with financial advisers and key market intermediaries
  • Leading directories, league tables and awards submissions
  • Supporting partner profile-raising, thought leadership and speaking opportunities
  • Delivering events, campaigns and client engagement initiatives
  • Collaborating with international teams on global restructuring and capital solutions projects

The role offers a broad mix of strategic BD, client development, pitching, market intelligence, events and profile-raising activity, with exposure to some of the most complex and high-value matters in the market.
