As part of our continued growth strategy, we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our office team. You will be responsible for building new business partnerships and maintaining good customer relationships.

You must be able to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential introducers to do business with our company.

You will need to be able to develop a rapport with new introducers, set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. You will also be required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to introducers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Research and build relationships with new introducers and turn this into increased business.
  • Call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet potential introducers by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
