Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: London/South East UK, Hybrid!
Package Details: up to £50,000 plus car allowance/car and uncapped commission!!
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join a growing luxury beauty brand, looking after the London & South East region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, opening doors and growing business within the luxury beauty, spa, salon and hospitality space.
You’ll inherit a strong portfolio of existing accounts, giving you a great platform to build from, but this is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage an established customer base. We’re looking for someone hungry for new business, confident getting out into the market, developing new relationships and identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
Responsibilities
You’ll take ownership of the London & South East territory, managing and developing existing B2B accounts while actively identifying and winning new business.
You’ll work with a range of premium customers across spas, salons, hotels, hospitality and other luxury environments, becoming a trusted commercial partner and helping them maximise the opportunity with the brand.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing B2B accounts across London & the South East
- Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities across spas, salons, hotels and the wider luxury hospitality and beauty sector
- Proactively prospecting, networking and getting out into the market to open new doors
- Growing revenue through upselling, cross-selling and introducing additional products and services
- Understanding each customer's business and identifying opportunities to increase their spend and engagement with the brand
- Conducting regular account reviews and developing clear plans for account growth
- Managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and relationship building through to negotiation and close
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of service and customer experience
- Keeping on top of market trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities across the region
- Achieving agreed sales and revenue targets

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
