About the Company
We are an established and growing commercial fit-out contractor delivering high-quality CAT A, CAT B and refurbishment projects across Central London.
With a strong reputation for quality, reliability and client service, we work with occupiers, landlords, developers, property professionals and consultants to deliver exceptional workplace environments.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our client base and project pipeline.
The Role
This is a key position within the business, with responsibility for identifying new opportunities, developing relationships and converting prospects into profitable commercial fit-out projects.
You will be expected to take ownership of the full business development process — from identifying potential clients and making initial contact through to developing relationships, securing opportunities and supporting the commercial team through to project award.
The ideal candidate will already have a strong network within the London commercial property and construction market and understand how commercial fit-out projects are procured.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
