About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our UK Regional team who will have responsibility for developing relationships within new logos and some existing accounts. Your focus will be on building relationships with both IT and Business decision makers in order to provide solutions and deploy project teams.

- Business Development and account penetration will be your focus. You will be a strategic partner to Financial Services MD and C-level executives, forging new relationships and providing solutions to our clients for emagine.
- You will identify and qualify opportunities across cold, new, and existing accounts — using your understanding of industry trends, client needs, and market themes to tailor your sales approach.
- You will take a self-sufficient approach to sales and business development — leveraging research, market trends, and platforms like HubSpot to identify opportunities and drive engagement.
- You will have full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to close — with the autonomy to drive deals forward and exceed your quota.
- Your aim: win new business, grow key accounts, and deliver long-term, value-driven relationships.
Key Requirements
- 5+ Years’ experience in consultancy sales, ideally within Financial Services/Banking, Insurance or Commodities.
- A demonstrable track record of winning new clients with clear examples.
- Experience building Business Development strategies that are either client-specific, industry-aligned, or trend-led.
- Self-sufficient in your approach — able to identify opportunities and justify your Business Development ideas.
- A creative and innovative thinker with strong qualification skills.
- Proven experience of cross-selling products or services.
- Proven analytical skills — comfortable with forecasting, budgeting, and interpreting sales data.
- Proven ability to build and nurture long-term relationships.
- Resilient, open to feedback, and adaptable.
- Intelligent, empathetic, and curious about new markets.
