ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow our IT business across the UK and Europe. This is a new business sales role for someone who enjoys finding new clients, building relationships, and closing deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and approach new clients across the UK and Europe.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Generate opportunities through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
  • Meet clients and understand their business and technology needs.
  • Work with our internal teams to develop suitable solutions and proposals.
  • Manage opportunities from the first conversation through to closure.
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 7–9 years of experience in IT products, solutions, or services sales.
  • Strong experience in new business development and winning new clients.
  • A proven sales track record in any 2 of following sectors – Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Logistics and Supply Chain, Spectator Sports.
  • Proven sales track record in selling IT solutions and services. IT Products. Must have exposure of selling Data and AI solutions, services and products.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident speaking with senior decision-makers.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Someone who enjoys going after new opportunities rather than only managing existing accounts.
