Business Development Manager – Product Support – Heavy Plant
We’re looking for a forward-thinking, commercially driven Business Development Manager to play a key role in growing a global OEM’s Parts and Service operations.
This is a high-impact role focused on driving revenue, increasing profitability, and strengthening customer relationships, while identifying new opportunities to grow and transform the business.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with commercial and operational expertise, using data, technology, and innovative approaches to improve performance and deliver sustainable growth.

The requirements of the Business Development Manager will be:
- Deliver incremental growth
- Building and selling service agreements
- Full utilisation of technology, data, and AI tools
- Lead on initiatives to diversify business offerings
- Ensure high levels of customer service is provided
- Completion of tenders
The ideal candidate for Business Development Manager will have:
- 5+ years’ demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Must possess a valid driving licence to undertake necessary travel for business operations.
- Ability to develop and execute high-level strategies for business growth and transformation.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving performance improvements.
- Proven ability to drive sales, build client relationships, and negotiate favourable contracts.
- Knowledge of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to drive continuous improvement.
