Business Development Manager

Logistics Super Brand

Up to £40K plus 15K Uncapped OTE, company car, great pension!

Territory: Southampton postcodes

Package: Up to £40,000 basic salary, plus £15K OTE uncapped, company car, pension, benefits.

Progression into Senior Sales & People Management

The Role

The BDM will be selling domestic, European, and international business services - mail, package, parcel, logistics, and freight forwarding across the territory mentioned above. Expected to prospect new business as well as manage an existing account base, leads will be self-generated, supported by telesales and existing customers. You will be targeted on account growth and acquisition, attending 12 meetings per week via video and face to face across a well performing patch.
