Business Development Manager – Global Recruitment

Fully Remote | Global Markets | Excellent Commission

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our established global recruitment business.

With over 30 years in the recruitment industry, we work with clients across the UK, USA, Europe, the Middle East, Canada and APAC. This is an opportunity to join a trusted international business, work fully remotely and benefit from an excellent commission structure.

The role

You will be responsible for securing new client accounts and developing long-term commercial relationships. Once an account is secured, it will be handed over to our experienced service team, who will manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and securing new client accounts across global markets.
  • Generating opportunities through your professional network, outbound sales and relationship building.
  • Building relationships with HR, talent acquisition, procurement and senior business leaders.
  • Managing the full sales process, from prospecting and meetings through to negotiation and signed terms.
  • Developing opportunities across the USA, Canada, APAC and the UK.
  • Recording, managing and tracking all sales activity accurately within Bullhorn CRM.
  • Completing clear account handovers to the recruitment service team.
  • Achieving agreed new-business, revenue and activity targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
