The Opportunity
We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to develop new business across the UK pharmaceutical and healthcare markets.
You'll identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers and manage projects from prospecting through to commercial launch.
Salary: up to £70,000 + Competitive Bonus
Key Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and win new business within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Generate leads through networking, prospecting and industry events.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations.
- Work closely with technical, quality and production teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Represent Autajon at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.

About You
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record in B2B business development.
- Experience selling into pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated manufacturing sectors.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles.
- Proficient in CRM and pipeline management.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
Desirable: Experience in pharmaceutical packaging, labels, folding cartons, medical devices or GMP-regulated environments.
