Business Development Manager
HVAC Rental Solutions | UK-Wide | Competitive Salary + Uncapped OTE
Seven Executive is partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed leader in the HVAC Rental Solutions market. Following significant investment and continued expansion, the business is looking to appoint several ambitious Business Development Managers across the UK.
This is an opportunity to join a market-leading organisation providing temporary cooling, heating and energy solutions to customers nationwide. You'll play a key role in driving new business growth, developing strategic relationships and helping shape the next stage of the company's success.

What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in business development or technical sales
- Experience within HVAC, cooling, heating, rental, hire, engineering or building services
- Strong new business mindset with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Commercially driven, proactive and target-focused
- Comfortable developing opportunities across a national territory
