The Opportunity
This isn’t a typical sales role.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, approaching and securing partnerships with some of the biggest brands and sports organisations in the world, helping them launch inside hex and become part of the future of commerce.
You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with Premier League clubs, international sporting organisations, fashion brands, retailers, entertainment companies and household names.
If you’re ambitious, commercially minded and love the thrill of winning new business, this role gives you the platform to earn extremely well while helping shape an entirely new industry.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and engaging exciting brands, sports teams and rights holders.
- Building relationships with senior decision makers across marketing, commercial and innovation teams.
- Creating and managing your own sales pipeline.
- Leading discovery calls and presenting the opportunities within hex.
- Working closely with our creative and product teams to develop bespoke partnership ideas.
- Negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals.
- Representing republiqe at meetings, conferences and industry events.
- Helping grow one of the UK’s most exciting gaming businesses.

- Has a genuine passion for sales and business development.
- Is resilient and doesn’t give up after hearing “no.”
- Can build relationships quickly and genuinely enjoys networking.
- Is proactive and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Is organised and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.
- Has an interest in gaming, Roblox, fashion, retail, sport or digital innovation.
- Wants to be part of something exciting from an early stage.

Previous business development or sales experience is beneficial, but attitude, energy and determination matter far more than years of experience.
