Business Development Manager | Field Sales (FMCG)

London | Field-Based
£40,000+ Bonus

Are you a natural hunter who thrives on winning new business? We're partnering with a fast-growing, FMCG brand that's on a mission to expand its footprint across the UK. As part of their exciting growth journey, they're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of new business development, build lasting customer relationships and play a key role in shaping the company's future success.

This isn't an account management role. It's a genuine opportunity to get out into the field, open doors, win new customers and make a real commercial impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities across your territory.
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals.
  • Developing and executing your own territory growth strategy.
  • Representing an exciting premium brand at customer meetings and industry events.
  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline and consistently delivering against ambitious sales targets.

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who loves the thrill of winning business and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, get out on the road and create opportunities.

You'll ideally have:

  • 2+ years' experience in a field-based Business Development or Sales role.
  • A background within FMCG, food & drink, hospitality or another fast-paced commercial environment.
  • A proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, resilient and highly motivated approach.
  • A full UK driving licence.
