Are you a relationship-focused business development professional with experience building partnerships and driving growth within the education sector? This role offers the opportunity to influence market expansion, develop high-value recruitment partnerships, and support student enrollment objectives while working closely with leadership and program management teams.
The Business Development Manager will serve as a key driver of business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing partner relationships, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies that maximize recruitment performance and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Channel Expansion
- Recruitment Partner Acquisition
- Identify and engage new student recruitment agencies.
- Develop partnerships with:
- Education Consultants
- Recruitment Agencies
- Training Providers
- Educational Institutions
- Learning Organizations
- Expand and strengthen the organization's recruitment network.
- Evaluate potential partners based on quality, market reach, and performance potential.
Strategic Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Recruitment Partners
- Educational Consultants
- Internal Stakeholders
- Prospective Customers
- Develop long-term partnerships that support sustainable enrollment growth.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for strategic partners.
Student Recruitment & Enrollment Growth
- Recruitment Target Achievement
- Support achievement of student enrollment targets for each intake cycle.
- Work closely with recruitment partners to maximize application and conversion rates.
- Monitor recruitment performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Enrollment Optimization
- Collaborate with program management teams to increase student enrollment.
- Support recruitment campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Implement strategies that improve lead generation and student conversion.
