This is a new-business-focused sales role where you'll help grow the company's presence across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, selling temporary and interim nursing staffing solutions to healthcare organisations.
You'll take ownership of identifying prospective clients, opening new accounts and building relationships with healthcare decision-makers. Once you've secured new business, you'll work closely with the recruitment team to ensure staffing requirements are successfully delivered.

We're particularly interested in experienced recruitment and staffing sales professionals, although candidates with a strong track record selling other people-based or time-based services are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify healthcare organisations with temporary and interim staffing requirements
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and targeted outreach
  • Build relationships with healthcare decision-makers across Ireland and Northern Ireland
  • Understand clients' workforce challenges and staffing requirements
  • Present relevant temporary nursing and healthcare staffing solutions
  • Win new clients and develop long-term commercial relationships
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and progress opportunities through to close
  • Work towards individual sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure new client requirements can be fulfilled
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue across existing relationships
  • Monitor market activity, competitors and potential growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information within the CRM
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline, performance and revenue opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
