The Role
This is a senior, relationship-led business development role focused on creating long-term commercial relationships and opening doors across the luxury property, commercial, hospitality and sports sectors.
You will be responsible for developing opportunities with:
- Property developers
- High-net-worth private clients
- Estate and asset managers
- Hospitality operators and groups
- Commercial property owners and investors
- Sports clubs, leisure operators and sporting organisations
- Senior project stakeholders across luxury residential, commercial and sports environments

With an established delivery team behind you, your focus will be on identifying opportunities, developing relationships and helping convert those opportunities into revenue.
This role is ideally suited to someone who understands how to build trust with senior stakeholders, operate confidently in high-end markets and generate business through relationships rather than transactional sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities across target sectors
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers and key decision-makers
- Identify opportunities within the luxury residential, hospitality, commercial and sports sectors
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, industry functions and sporting sector events
- Conduct proactive outreach through LinkedIn, email, referrals and direct contact
- Arrange and attend client meetings across London and the wider UK when required
- Work closely with the founder and senior leadership team to convert opportunities into revenue
- Maintain a strong and active pipeline using CRM systems
- Deliver regular pipeline, activity and performance reporting
- Identify strategic opportunities to support long-term business growth
Experience Required
We are particularly interested in candidates who have operated within high-value, relationship-driven markets. Relevant backgrounds could include:
- Luxury interiors or bespoke fit-out
- Prime residential construction
- Property development
- Hospitality or commercial projects
- Sports, leisure or stadium-related environments
- High-end building products or services
- Luxury property or design-led sectors

Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in business development or client relationship management
- Experience operating within high-value, relationship-driven environments
- Confident engaging with senior decision-makers and high-net-worth individuals
- Commercially aware with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and capable of opening new doors
- Professional, polished and credible in high-end environments
- Passionate about premium design, architecture and client experience
- London-based with flexibility to attend meetings and industry events
Package
- £60,000 basic salary
- £100,000 OTE
- Uncapped commission structure linked to revenue generated
